We have succeed our trade on previous H&S in 
GBPUSD.
There's a strong resistance and a divergence on RSI that indicates the price will reverse.
Here's the possible trade :
1. Aggresive one : Buy now, SL would be the red at the bottom
2. Trade the Cypher pattern

Take some profit, move the SL to breakeven is good too at this point.A new opportunity coming, will be trade this Shark Pattern.
