GBPUSD 18-22 Week Analysis [October] Buy Opportunity

Here we are anticipating a change in trend with an opportunity for 25pip uptrend? The price is still above the 1.37200 Pivot and has failed to break the 1.3733 resistence. Thoughts?

Trade closed: target reached

3 days later the anticipated target reached. I still need to understand the correlation between patterns and how to apply it to time frames in terms of hitting anticipated targets. I had closed my trades early thinking the target was not going to hit.
