ICP has been lagging behind the rest of the crypto market recently. I sold some of my DOGE (I had accumulated while it was hated) and added to my ICP. ICP has the best tech, and it really has never had rally which most crypto often have. The RSI is so low and it could move anytime. This is my largest bag and I am patiently waiting. I do not know if we will make a new high but I believe we will get close.
