Has ICX (ICON) Bottomed Out?

Hello guys,
It's been a long time since I've made an idea on ICON (ICXBTC).
ICX has decreased in value severely in these past months.
It seems to me that ICX has bottomed out.
Firstly, the extreme selling frenzy seems to have died down, as can see in the reduced selling volume.
Also, a potential rounded bottom and a double/triple bottom seem to be forming.
Anyways, we'll see how this goes!

Looks like it definitely didn't bottom out at 0.00015....Alts look exhausted right now, and BTC's bull run, looks to begin anytime in the next 1 to 2 weeks, when it hopefully experiences a spring.
