Small cap tech company with low float and a very long period of accumulation last year and some big volume starting to flow in recent months. Once the downtrend breaks, it could really fly. Seems to be reactive to fib levels created between ATL and ATH. I'll be taking some profit at each fib level, hoping to reload during retraces. Let's see what happens.
