I do not trade indexes.
Lot's of retraction may be at play as we soar into the edge of the bubble. I like to get more out of the box and abstract with my thoughts on major indexes.
To me this all feels like the whales have seen some of the deepest parts of modern human & life want to make their exit from it a moonshot so to speak. Going short market open could be a noose here. I don't recommend playing this market if you're just reading my post alone.
Indexes have lately been a sweetheart to those who follow a "FIRE" (Financially Independent Retire Early) approach. However, I'm assuming most of these people did not expect this type of economy. This burgeoning and young middle class that formed is profiting immensely from this deeply troubling economy. That being said, these investors may be the most at risk of selling their shares to cover the cost of living.
Moreover the real major players in indexes oftentimes represent the companies more so than these vested individuals. I just believe that the MACD here will soon tell a different trend, no matter how long or short it will be.
TLDR: Whales have squeezed the entire market in this correction, the emotional reaction will likely be bearish.
