The Lightning Protocol is supposedly a game-changer being built on the BTC blockchain to enhance scalability.

Also, check out the Strike APP by ZAP rolled out in El Salvador, it is by far the easiest and quickest way to purchase BTC and it is a supposedly fee-less, meaning if you purchase $100 of BTC you get $100 worth, not $98.29
