.382 again and again
LTC has retraced up four times since $185. Three times it hit .382 and once it hit .786 due to a ridiculous wick. The fourth time is right now. RSI made a nice W 4 or 5 days ago as a nice bullish fractal was forming.

Not sure what to make of volume. We haven't studied that yet.
