MEI - Base Forming
We may derive the following from the Weekly MEI chart:
1. Price has formed a horizontal base it seems.
2. It is possible that accumulation is occurring.
3. A buy would be low risk at this point. Or one may wait for the resistance to break.
4. As always - maintain your risk.
