What builds FEAR in trading is “UNCERTAINTY”. The fact that you don’t have a clue of what’s going to happen next is enough to cause anxiety. Imagine you knew what will happen next in every TRADE you took, will you still be scared? Now, One thing leads to another. The real FEAR is in "LACK". The fact that you don't have more, Also makes you scared of losing that which you have. So you OVER-PROTECT that which you have to avoid LOSING it and that brings about FEAR. Makes sense? I’ve come to realize this about TRADING: It’s a MENTAL GAME. So how do you win a mental game? Why does anyone get good at any game? These days I’ve been doing a lot of WRITING and MENTAL EVALUATION. I’ve tried to be the first, second, and third person in my life. I’ve learnt a lot from that—I talk to myself a lot too. Haha!
