Adding 2nd Scale In on NAS

Adding a second positions. Looking for price to push high as it reaches all time highs. Over the longer term I foresee a huge blow-off top in US Stock Markets but not till more and more bears capitulate.

Cutting loss on trade, twice Nas got rejected at highs
