NASDAQ - Weekly time frame MACD at ATH and starting to roll over

MACD during dot com bubble was ATH at 486 until recently. NASDAQ MACD currently stands at 549. You can also see it starting to roll over and make a clear tip. Is this the end of the rally or will there be a small down turn and then yet an even higher push like the dot com bubble?
