Ceiling at .014 Held off the price from making a new All Time High twice, making 2 twin peaks.We have a rising wedge that will apex at .0139 by tomorrow night which will force the price to breakout or fail. A breakout to a new all time high Should give us another leg up, and a failure should give us a decline in price as it retraces the previous move that started @ .006
