If Neo close above 11$ it can start a good bull run. Volume and RSI are the keys.

Maybe next alt-bull-rally starts with neo 3.0 in q2. when the v2.0 has been launched price saw 30x-35x. this upgrade is so important too.Trade closed: target reached
