NEO (Y20.P2.E1).A lot of potential

a) I think BTC big move is up at this point
b) NEO has a nice bullish formation \ potential, so do many ALTS.

Its hard to choose which ALT will give less risk and more reward.

MACD does not give any reason not to enter, we have convergence.

With the CME gap on BTC, and its ranging movements, I anticipate the NEO will do a lower high bottom and hence create some form of bullish bounce pattern, not necessarily this.
