Neo is on a crucial point at the moment! But I think neo will break out to the upsite! RSI looks good, but the price also depends on the price of bitcoin of course!
When NEO breaks the line to the upside, I think we will see the price rise to around $23-$25 and vice versa!

Neo will now drop to about $18.50 before breaking to the upside! You can swing trade if you like, but it won't make a big difference in the amount of neo you will win with that swing trade! Let's go to the moon together guys!
