Logical view.
Retailers to be cautious.
The market has shoot up more than the tolerance. Any new buyers are expected to get trapped for next 4-6 years with their loses. Though economy good, stimulus etc being given carrot 🥕 for retailers anyone should understand that on a long run market expect to give return only 7-8 pct. Which means the people who were holding their position would sell and book their >100pct margins and distribution would start by then.
Action. It's not that one should not trade. Retailers should buy and exit whenever they see 5-7pct margin and not to sit on holding. If try to sit, then may expected to get trapped. Follow strict stop loss.
Trade cautiously.
Happy Investing.
