Don't believe that it is breaking down, but continues to be weaker than overall market. Has good track record for previous times that it has broken 50day ma. Cautiously long with May $500 calls

Chart shows 1 std dev linear regression. Note: current price is falling outside of 2 std dev channel.

Haven't bailed on NOW for now, but did reduced holdings. Preferring INTU in Technology Software Applications sector. I will add back to NOW position if it falls to (or below) $490.
