NZD/JPY | Potential Short Setup After Trendline Break

44
Hello everyone, presenting a potential short setup on the NZD/JPY 1-hour timeframe.

The core of this idea is the recent, decisive break of a key ascending trendline. This suggests that the bullish momentum has faded, and sellers are beginning to step in.

The Plan:
I am not entering the market immediately. Instead, I am waiting for the price to pull back to the designated entry zone, which represents a potential resistance area (retest) after the trendline break.

This is a setup to add to your watchlist. I will post an update using the "Trading: active" status if and when the trade is triggered.

Trade Parameters:
  • Entry Zone: Marked on the chart (~87.200 - 87.350 area, near the retest of the broken trendline)
  • Stop Loss (SL): Marked on the chart (~87.650, above the recent swing high)
  • Take Profit (TP) Targets: Multiple levels marked on the chart.

🛡️ Pro tips for this trade:
⚠️ Risk only 0.5~1% of your capital per trade.
📉 Secure 50% of profits at TP1 and move your stop loss to the entry point (risk-free)!
