On my strategy, bank rate and almost all fundamental outcome has little relevance at major psychological levels. Look for the breakout of H4 trendline to take the trade. Be wary of the H4 stop raid pinbar. After an hour when this pair stays above the trendline, it's very unlikely that it will come down to the stop raid zone.
