Does WTI Oil have enough energy to travel back up?

After an unsuccessful breakout in mid-January, OIL made its move back down. That said, it's currently finding support near the 200-day EMA. On one hand, it may seem that this is the place for a potential rebound, however, the bulls should not get their hopes up, because there some indication for a possible drift further south.
