PGM Breakout?
Gold miner in Red Lake district...set for production in 2020. Re-Rate of the stock is expected as production nears. Recent run could be a breakout event. RSI showing overbought, however volume is still high and share price recently hit multi-year high. MACD has not confirmed a reversal. Recommend to hold until MACD confirms reversal.
