Failed to break out, and also re tested resistance level. Maintaining bullish triangle down to 21.
Two major government contracts recently earned equate to 30 million.
There's a looming gap fill just below the support of the triangle. If we break out lower, it's possible to visit the 17 - 19 range. We'll need to hold above 21 dollars to maintain bullish sentiment.
