There is a clear potential for an Inverse H&S pattern if bulls can reverse the trend here and break the neckline. I am entering 19MAR21 21C as a starter position and will buy earlier expirations on confirmation.

RKT looks primed to go and is moving according to the previous analysis. As you can see the neckline has been broken, now we just look for follow-through
