After bloodbath, RLC its trying to accumulate on very low levels.
This phase seems very similar than Feb-April this year. Also, this coin its on December low levels which offer a very good risk/reward for mid-long term
Weekly/daily are showing bullish divergency on RSI/MACD and i think the next step will be a climb into my target 1-2.
If Market finally turn into bullish mode, im expecting my target 3 easy reacheable for this fantastic coin
