3-31 New Highs On Negative RS Divergence? Thanks Anyway, I'll Pass

Notice what happened to the most recent
highs that took place on Neg. RS divergence?
Its didn't last long before the stock rolled over from those highs.
So, look at my chart of CNC and you now know why I say
New highs on Negative RS divergence isn't a good thing. You want new highs with STRENGTH
not feeble pushes
