MISTAKE in last HEADLINE: FRACTAL is on !!! SEP 16 !!! - SRY

When i typed last chart up, i must have been doing late at night.
Because it is clearly shown that fractal is on SEP 16, and not 13.

Sorry guys, didn;t realize this, before i decided to an update on short term chart
