Be careful!!! This looks like a pump & dump penny stock to me
This one I am adding here just out of curiosity for myself to see how it will develop.
This company looks like it is planning a pump.

FACTS:
- they have a long history on the market
- this stock was dropping for the last 20 years.
- technically it looks like it is on the bottom and there might be some pump in the next months
- they made a website just recently, I couldn't find any website prior to April 2019 web.archive.org/web/20190315000000*/https://seelostherapeutics.com/
- In the last months they are producing videos with a green screen which look very unprofessional with fake backgrounds of NYC, some university etc youtube.com/watch?v=TXy-itBZl2w
- I couldn't find any documents about this company prior to the year 2019
