Updated

SPX's RSI reading. We only got such low reading 3 times up/down.

Within the past two and half years, we only got three reading as low as 15 !!!

10.2.2019 = 9.41% up
12.3.2019 = 10 % up
2.24.2020 = Covid's crash
35% down !!!
