All times are Wall Street hours Monday- 2 year note auction 1pm Tuesday- core durable goods 8:30am, conference board (CB) consumer confidence 10am, new home sales 10am, Richmond Manufacturing index 10am Wednesday- 9:30am J Powell speaks at a ECB conference Thursday- Final GDP QoQ, unemployment claims 8:30am Friday- PCE 8:30am
I wouldn’t be surprised if we gap up tomorrow since there’s no news events for Monday. Again all eyes and ears are on Powell speaking Wednesday with the euro bankers right at the morning bell. I know a lot of bears are out preaching this is the top, however I think we are ready to run it up some more. This pullback last week was what everyone expected so let see how greedy everyone really is. The sellers probably won’t step in until FOMC July. But none of that matters since we are day traders and react accordingly to price. When I put on a trade, all I expect is that something will happen. As always trade what’s in front of you good luck
