Possible upward break-out in the next week or two.

Bounce between 3600 and 3900 ?

Looks like it's on the move? Since early April, yes.
I was hoping for a lower bounce.
Interesting to note that little price fluctuations occurred when bittly-coin took off in Dec '17. Does this alt follow big caps? Maybe in a polar sense.
