The bigger capitalized altcoins take longer to move/grow because of their size.
The smaller altcoins are already moving ahead.
Virtua (TVKBTC) has grown over 400% since it hit a low on exactly 12-May.
We have a strong RSI, high volume, a close above EMA10 and now a challenge of EMA21; all bullish signals.
This pair will continue to grow.
Others will breakout just as TVKBTC did and follow suit, in a few weeks, everything looks good.
