I think Oil is setting up to make a move, I have a small position but will add as the situation develops and we get a good confirmation of a break above resistance.

This is what I have in mind for an initial target because once we get to that resistance, it's a flip of a coin if it will go through or bounce off of it. Trade closed manually
We reached the blue line so I took my profits to see if we bounce or go through before doing anything else.
