Daily 4XSetUps - UKOIL Falls Back In Bullish Weekstart GAP Today

DAX initially ended its recent downward movement on Tuesday morning. Once again there seems to be some hope among commentators, analysts and/or market reporters, as well as traders and investors, that interest rate policy will not be too restrictive. Some tailwinds also came from New York, where the stock markets had left trading the evening before more or less at their daily high - which is why our leading German index started today with a tailwind. Around midday, the Dax DAX was at its daily high of +0.81% at 20,296 points. And thus continued its recovery, which had already begun the day before after an early approach to the 20,000 point mark. Investors and/or traders can therefore continue to hope for the previous record from mid-December 2024 of almost 20,523 points.“Find the most believable people possible who disagree with you and try to understand their reasoning. “Just one week into the year, we have already tested the top of the ‘event risk premium’ price range”, RBC Capital Markets LLC analysts including Brian Leisen wrote in a note released on Sunday. “The new Russian sanctions from the outgoing administration are a net addition to at-risk supply”. Sure - the imagination drives the prices up or down. As with us humans in everyday life - while the reality, as with the publication of the news, those involved take a quick breath! and they ask what happens next? That's it! And if we also apply the price action of the
UKOIL , we should therefore experience a lower price action again for a few hours, days, even the whole week. Oil prices rose as traders and/or investors assessed the possible impact of the US package on the market. Measures? The measures - which were announced less than two weeks before President-elect Donald Trump takes office! The outgoing US administration's new sanctions against Russia represent a net increase in the risk inventory. Sure! While I thought that a long UKOIL 4XSetUp would be useful not only based on technical analysis. No - I assumed that Donald Trump would not implement the Green New Deal right from the start, as his predecessor Joe Biden introduced it - and that's why we had the inflation we had. If he will do this - destroy the green deal - it will be good for the US consumer and/or oil stock market shares! But for the oil price action is bearish! From this pov (point of view) at first glance, there's a strong case to be made that Brent oil prices will remain around the $80 range in the near term across all barrels, despite margin headwinds. And what happens to Trump? I may have read too much into that! Because the other news doesn't speak for a falling price action either. These are the most important price actions for
UKOIL . Which may not be necessarily relevant in everyday life, i.e. in day-to-day business this week? But in any case, if new news should move UKOIL bullishly upwards or bearishly downwards, you should always keep it in mind!Anyway, the price action is falling accordingly today - probably for the reasons described above. The bullish GAP at the beginning of the week is crucial. Because should we bulls lose it today and/or over the course of the week? Could this also act as a sell-off signal in retrospect! And if Trump actually reverses the Green New Deal? Then it was $80 for the first one for us bulls! Which I would warmly welcome politically - but I will probably close this long UKOIL 4XSetUp sooner or later! But let's wait and see - perhaps other news will also influence the price action of
UKOIL . That's why it basically stays as it is - as written yesterday: the most important price action areas of today and/or this week is the last dominant downside trend of UKOIL - because of Friday, the 10th january 2025 we bulls broked bullish up. And not only that, we bulls started this week with a pretty little bullish GAP between $79.75 and/or $80.43. While right now the price action is at $81.05. The $81.12 price action zone is at least as important. If this should be skipped and/or defended, then the medium-term trend reversal formation would be completed in a bullish manner.------------------------------------------------
