OPEC meeting failed to meet production cut.This will set fundamentals back to bearish.Lets see break oil 37.50 on Monday might be a little rebound but i could see oil go back to 35.97 by Tuesday.Then i consider a long position when MACD reaches -0.45 on 4hr
