[VIX/SPX] Downward S/R Nailed It... Floor Holding Strong!

Probably need a bit more wedging before another major spike, early Sept still lookin good.

Every time this ratio hits heavy S/R below, it tends to trigger volatility. Something to do with the algo formulas.
