Look at this trade setup, this is one of my short-term trade signals.
I am using the falling wedge pattern, the correction coming to an end, Bitcoin, the market cycle, market sentiment and the candles...
The risk is very low.
This means that this isn't a sure win, it can always fail and thus we start by defining the risk, very low.
The potential is great while at the same time easy to achieve and also fast. Can go much higher.
Bottom line: yYou get about 15% risk with a 111% potential for reward.
My goal is always to get a "good entry". Once I am positioned, ride the wave up and sell using one of the many selling for profits strategies that I have.
As for the chart, you can see how the falling wedge lead to a bullish wave, this can repeat.
