WRXUSDT formed a cup and handle which is a bullish pattern and on breaking out from the handle, it tested the area of confluence( here it's trendline + MA). It's a good setup for a short term target of 1.740 with a Stop loss just below the MA and trendline.

Flash crash ruined it. But this provides a good opportunity. After the price breaks the resistance. Place a small SL below the resistance and target for 1.740 again
