ChARTing / Trading addict. It's a real thing. NOOBS BEWARE!!! IM 8 YEARS IN AND HAVE 28K HOURS OF SCREEN TIME
Nowadays NO ChARTs on my phone allowed. No swings. No over night holds. No Investing. No Long term ChARTs. No Margin. I trade my cash on the open using Leveraged and Inverse ETFs for no more than 30 minutes and call it a day and go enjoy the fruits of spending 28k hours absorbing ChARTs!
Working through the addictions it takes to kill inside yourself to excel at high frequency intraday trading. It makes it all worth it. And yes I am admitting that I cannot control the addiction of control. I except losses that's not what I am saying. But I have to have my hand on the trigger. I cannot focus on life with positions on. I will screen check my phone 100 times a day. It sucks the life out of me. The searching the thinking the constant obsessing. It's just not for me.
252 - 30 min sessions a year. Plus another 30 Journaling and studying my day. 252 hrs (6-40hr work weeks a year) ... This is what fits my personality and lifestyle.
Why am I posting on Gold?
My Dad is giving me a hard time and he's the biggest gold and silver bull "that never holds his position." Because we are alike... He thinks to much. Talks himself out of it.
I was bearish gold early 2020's, when it broke out I was a bull on Gold and Silver. All my calls are here...
I got some wrong. Got some right. Just like my daily Hit Rate... 65% which is why I cannot wrap my brain around long term trading anymore.
I can make 10 trades before 10 am and be wrong 6 times and still be profitable. Why would I want to wait years in between? I don't think you can live long enough to get the experience.
But I digress...
This is about the obvious exhausted price action of both Gold and Silver (which I will post right after this).
Delusions of Grandeur.
All the talk about this cant do this. We have to have metals the earth is running out. Gareth Soloway says this. Vermilion says that. OK...
The ChART is saying what I have drawn LOUD and clear.
Will 4k get hit?
Yeah 2031 is my guess...
But not before 3k and eventually 2600 is tested over the next 2 years.
So if you are a DCA'r... You have time. I would wait until summer 2026 to start though.
