Dear Colleagues, after Trump's statements and the general political situation, the price went sharply into a downward movement, but this does not mean that I give up the upward movement.
At the moment I think that wave “2” is completing the correction and soon we will see the long-awaited upward movement.
I think that the price can still update the minimum of wave “2” in the area of 2833, then (or immediately) will start an upward movement in wave “3” at least to the area of the maximum of 2955 of wave “1”.

Trade active
This week I expect the upward movement to continue as the 2833 area has been tested. Wave “2” is over or almost over and I expect the price to continue in wave “3” after closing a small gap. Note
I believe price will continue to move upward in an upward five-wave impulse. The main factors driving this growth are strong demand from central banks and economic instability, making gold an attractive safe-haven asset. Some experts predict that gold prices could exceed $3,000 per ounce in the coming years.
Note
The price reached the level of 2928 and I recommend to set trade to breakeven.(Breakeven=Risk Free: Move Stop loss to the entry level).
Further I expect a small correction and then continuation of the movement with the subsequent achievement of the target level 2955.
Further movement to 3000 level will be considered in the next forecast.
Note
I can allow that price may make a small correction to the 2860 level area, and then again I expect an upward movement to the target. Therefore, I prefer pending limit orders for such corrections. This gives us a chance to enter a long trade again and quite profitably. But in general I also believe that the upward movement is the priority. Trade closed: target reached
The price has been in a sideways movement for quite a long time and I believe that it is possible to close a trade with a good profit to open new ones.
