Feb 16: Crypto On Pause - One Last Dip In To Accumulation Zone?
BTC SUMMARY:
Continuation long trades discussed on the last vid we're busted out shortly after weekend trading began.
I spend a bit of time the beginning here reviewing the similarity between past moves on the Bitcoin
XBTUSD weekly chart.
Imo we are coming in to levels where shorting BTC is becoming more and more interesting. Up against old highs, at major ABCD objectives, 1D bearish momentum divergence confirmed, momentum oscillators embedded & overbought, inside bar downside reversals fired on the daily.
I think the pause and bearish divergence we're seeing here makes sense coming in to the Feb. 18 gov. auction. Looks like the makings for a perfect top, fundamentally and technically.
For me this will ideally set up a new reload buying window near the bottom end of the range across BTC and the wider crypto market.
In my mind Scenario 2 is that the market violently breaks the momentum divs and pushes higher to start off this week (BTC up in to its reload short window (between $11.1 - 12.2K) heading in to Tuesday, Feb. 18. Large pivots tend to happen through Tuesday and Wednesday London Kill Zones, so for that reason I could still see a few more days of up.
EDUCATION:
I reviewed the importance of acceptable location, internals (momentum / volume), and structure for my trades and show several examples of these setups playing out over previous and current market cycles.
The discipline of only buying agains lows and only selling against highs using RLZs as a location tool.
Using strongly correlated names like
ETHUSDT , 
LTCUSDT and 
BNBUSDT to guage an "average momentum" in special situations.
Follow your trading plan and pay yourselves!
