XRP and Dogecoin are comparable in supply, except half of XRP supply is locked, and at least 20-30% of the total supply has been accumulated, meaning float for XRP is in the 30-32 billion range. The case for a big pump can be made b/c of the way supply is distributed. Also if you think about, this coins sole purpose in life is to be pumped. And who knows maybe it'll become "the standard". Old USD aths and new USD aths are coming, BTC bull raises all coins.
