☘️ HOW TO ACHIEVE RELAXATION, WITH OR WITHOUT MEDITATION
Achieving a state of relaxation, when you don't have it isn't an easy task.
There are some tools that can really help, but we like to share tools that you can use no matter your age or where you are at.

To achieve relaxation without meditation, the first thing we need to do is take a break.
Take a break from any action that makes you doubt.
For example, reading the news, working hard, or arguing with people about topics that you don't know anything about.
As you break away from these stress-inducing activities you now open the door to relax some more.
The next step is to step into nature, engage in exercises, get your partner or by yourself and detach from it all.

When it comes to achieving relaxation with the great tool of meditation, this becomes very easy...
It only takes a few minutes, you just need a timer and start practicing the meditation below.
Set your timer to 30 minutes, go to the park, and find a spot where you can rest.
A spot where you won't be interrupted, see how relaxed you will feel next.
Make sure your foot or skin is in direct contact with nature/the floor...
Start the following breathing exercise...
Close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose.
Inhale for a few seconds and then hold for as little or as long as you can.
Empty your lungs fully through your mouth...
Repeat this process until all the worries go away.
There is no guarantee that you will be relaxed on the first day.
But by practicing this meditation, you will be blessed with relaxation.
