EVENT>>>>>>>>>>> SEC V. Ripple hearing outcome. Hinman will be deposed. Deposition delayed by a week

Today 7/19/2021.......2 sec commissioners write letter to judge supporting Ripple and opposing the SEC in the SEC v. Ripple case. This happens just 2 business days after Hinman ruling. You cant make this stuff up.

Also Today......First business day after the major greyscale unlock. Market saw a small dump.

Hinman deposition: Now scheduled for the 27th of July which is one day prior to the Warren/Gensler deadline. Last night the SEC and Ripple announced that they had come to an agreement on the scope of questioning.

B-Word: The conference starts tomorrow and they announced/confirmed the Elon Musk will speak and answer questions. That should be interesting.

Flare launch: They just announced the Canary airdrop and test net. I am taking this as a sign that they aren't ready for launch and this is what we are getting in the interim (my interpretation only) For that reason, I extended out the potential time of launch.

CBDC report: it is still expected 'early September'

7/28/2021.... Today is Warren's deadline, yesterday was the Hinman depo. Positive news dropped at the same time detailing the first ODL use corridor in Japan.

7/29/2021 Everything is eerily silent. No resolution on Warren's deadline, no motions filed in response to Hinman depo.

Add to the calendar: last day before senate recess: 8/6/2021. I think this may be important b/c of all of the committee meetings on crypto in general taking place

8/6/2021 Theoretical last day of senate, they will work through the weekend to pass the infrastructure bill. Huge social media outcry over a crypto provision tucked inside it. The vote looks as if it may have sweeping consequences.

I haven't seen any fallout or any documentation at all from the Hinman deposition, or clarity guidance to the Senate. Strangely, Warren is proposing a last minute change to the crypto provision in the infrastructure bill. Was the 'guidance' was given privately?
