All indicators looks like we are close to support level. also you can see a line that i draw was a resistance before for a while then that resistance was broken on 02-14-2019 so now that line became a support and new support was retested many times. Looks like we have a strong support
we should hit that support line i think around $28 plus its also a 0.38 Fibonacci retresment level or very close to it and its close to 200MA. " my opinion buy at $28 sell at $35"
