As we can see from this chart price broken through once but quickly shot back up past support.. I am waiting for a clear signal before entry

Lets take a look at the audnzd.
Here, on the weekly chart it is clear that the pair is in the falling channel that has got the outer and the inner resistance lines.
A weekly closeup shows us a possible target in terms of the meaningful support lines, should the pair continue moving within the channel.
A daily chart gives us a broken diagonal support turned resistance and a potential falling channel. Wait for the pair to reach the two resistance lines, one of which being the internal weekly channel resistance line, and short from their, bidding the pair moves within the new small falling channel and respects the two resistance lines.

Daily support approx 1.037

AUDNZD HEAD AND SHOULDERS| POTENTIAL STRUCTURE SHORT
Another shot at shorting the pair this week. The previous breakout was a false one. Yet, the pair did not have the strength to go much higher when being put back above the level. And the level is being tested again.
I say, that there is a good chance of a successful short if the breakout is confirmed this time.
Also, there is a head and shoulders pattern visible here.
So, wait for the breakout. If it happens make sure it is a confirmed one.Short after the retracement.

AUDNZD STRUCUTRE BREAKOUT SHORT
The pair is back within the falling parallel channel on daily. Also, It has just broken a diagonal and horizontal support lines.
We see a retest retracement now>> short with good risk reward . It is also a short within a newly formed local downward channel, with both targets being within it.
This is what it looks like on daily. The breakout is not confirmed on daily, so short with 0.7% of depot.
