BABA set for reversalnice support, seems to follow previous price actions and inside a big sturdy trendline
ALIBABA - Open Sesame for the Trend!Hello Trading Family, I found BABA chart interesting.
We can see that BABA is currently trading inside these two brown trendlines forming a rising broadening wedge.
And it is currently approaching a strong rejection/support area.
I call it "War Zone" , highlighted in Orange (circle).
The highlighted orange circle is a strong area to look for buy setups as it is the intersection of support in green 210.0 and the lower brown trendline acting as non-horizontal support. (trend-following setup)
As per my trading style/plan:
Short-term: As BABA approaches the orange circle (area), I will be looking for bullish reversal setups on lower timeframes (like a double bottom, trendline break , and so on...)
Long-term: I will be waiting for a third swing high to form around the upper blue trendline (projection in purple) for it to become valid then buy on this last swing high (gray area) break upward.
Always follow your trading plan regarding entry, risk management, and trade management.

Shorting BABAThere is a KUMO brakeout happening to the downside on the weekly cloud and a potential bearish KUMO twist on the daily chart however there is a support at around 226 which needs to hold otherwise we can see it going down toward to the 200 area.

If you think market will be saved by 1.9 Trillion stimulus..!Today many newbies are happy because US Senate just passed the 1.9 trillion bill.
But let's see what happened in the last 8 weeks in the market.(MARKET CAP CHART)
The top ten companies with the highest market cap have lost almost 1.45 trillion of their market cap in the last 8 weeks.
Hypothetically, IF PEOPLE INVEST THE WHOLE 1.9 TRILLION IN THE STOCK MARKET IT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR TOCKS TO REACH TO ALL TIMES HIGHS.
Only Google and Berkshire behaved differently in the last 8weeks and they did not lose their market cap!
Please be realistic..!

Expecting Upside from Here for $BABA $233-$234 Fibonacci Tested$BABA I'm expecting some major upside in BABA for the rest of the year.
$233-$234 is likely a major retrace/pivot point.
Fundamentals: Cheaper than any of the mega-cap tech plays except Facebook. More catch-up potential. AMZN of China..
