Bread Bounces After New ATL (4H + Daily Timeframe)BRDBTC (Bread) just produced a strong bounce after hitting a new All-Time Low. Prices jumped back above EMA10 and produced a bottom pattern. BRDBTC Daily (D) When looking at the daily timeframe, the chart below, we can notice really high volume yesterday. There is also a strong bullish divergence with the MACD (purple dotted line). ---- The next target is marked with a magenta dashed line (MA200) on the chart above. I also marked our stop-loss. What happens next? If prices remain above EMA10, green line, we can see the bullish scenario develop (green arrow). At this rate, the next target will be hit soon. Even though we are seeing slow steady growth, this type of setup can change fast, easily. You can see one long-big green candle show up or a quick and strong retrace only to bounce back and continue higher. BRDBTC is now bullish with bullish indicators and can go higher. If this pair starts to retrace, the bullish potential short to mid-term remains as long as its price remains above EMA50. Anything below EMA50 and we take a closer look as it can go lower.
