TSLA - Mid & Post Trade Analysis - Why did this breakout happen?As you'll start to catch on, when we look at the market as "who is in control" then it's only a matter of time before that side takes control and then all that we have to look for is WHEN they will take that control and break out of the control. Here, we saw TSLA was conforming to its' controlled selling channels and we had a perfect bounce yesterday where the bottom of our controlled selling channels wedged with our buying continuation channels. Bullish potential and potential breakout detected for SPKLooking at afternoon trade, SPK represents a potential bullish opportunity should momentum continue and higher highs and higher lows be made past the current position, considering breach of recent resistance levels aligning with technical indicators of RSI and DMI. Relative strength in the Midcap 50's as well as the communications sector (XTJ) adds further impetus to the trade. Personal stop loss for the trade would be beneath the low of the recent swing on 30-Oct (i.e.: below the low of $4.50), which is also below both of the 10 and 30 day moving averages, and will track the increasing 30 day moving average as the trade continues.

NXE - Good earnings could lead to big profitsI like this chart a lot. Definitely a few resistance zones to watch out for above us (i.e green top of green tapered buying channel that has bounced us a few times) but we are within our strong purple buying continuation channel which is exactly what is needed to take us out of this resistance level. We are also digging at the bottom of our controlled selling yellow channel with support from purple and teal continuation - so with good earnings expectations this could be a good level to enter at. RILY Update - Breakout Still Imminent! Buyers ARE in control!Keep an eye out for a break of this magenta strong selling channel - this will be our initial indication of a retest of the top of teal tapered and that is where, if yellow and purple channels are holding price, we can see a large breakout. Until then, there is a massive short float on this stock so we'll likely need to wait for the teal and magenta wedge for this to happen.
