BATUSD - Screener says "Strong Buy" - I say H&S crash inbound!Just dipping my toes back into the charting waters, this time I'm in for the long haul and setting up to stream!
Was just perusing the crypto screener here on TV and saw BATUSD @ the top of the strong buy ranking. Figured I'd check the chart and see if I wanted to dip back in... think I'll be putting in some limit orders and waiting for some sheeple to cash out for the tax man and pick it up on the cheap.

MKRUSD :: Taking profit, consolidation likelyHave had a good run in Maker. I love this coin for its huge green candles! Taking some profit on 250%, will ape in on a big dip, might buy back a bit if it consolidates for a while near the bottom of the consolidation zone if it develops.
Closed out a position quite a while ago after some big candles, it consolidated there and then started banging up again..wish I had just taken a bit of profit. This thing could really moon over the long term. Take profit on huge candles, but not too much cuz they often come back to back before dipping. One more bang up & profit taking then I'll be riding it free and just keep it in the bag.
Put my profits in the ALGO bag. :)
MVIS - "WHAT HAPPENED?!?!” Here’s the answer.Looking at multiple technicals and taking in to consideration the great info provided on the Earnings Call, the misinformation, and Shorts taking advantage of the situation. I hope to explain it all here. Please feel free to comment and let me know if I missed something. Appreciate the engagement and feedback. Cheers.
ETH - USD, BTC & Dominance :: Consolidating before next leg upThis 4 pane chart breaks down the current consolidation on the 4H chart and looks at the 1D uptrends in terms of USD, BTC and market dominance. Taking a breather in the 2700s before heading for ~3300 by mid-May-ish. Looking at moving averages, Gann fan up trending channel, volume profiles, a little RSI and AX/DX for verification.
4 pane chart:
4H ETHUSD - consolidating
1D ETHUSD - consolidating
1D ETHBTC - BTFD!
1D ETH.D - Correcting before leg up
ETHUSD - Media pumping ATH, BTFD! About to dip while ALTs pump.ETH has been on fire! Seeing that it hit some large headlines and the RSI is curling over, looking for a quick dip to punish the n00bz before heading for ~$3300 next month. Some notes about interesting areas, BTFD target & profit target.. I got in much lower. :)
Your Weekly FUD Digest Goooooood Morning/Afternoon/Evening Friends!
Welcome to your first weekly digest of Bitcoin Bull Market FUD!
We'll keep these brief - enough to fill a few tweets at most. Let's begin!
1: BIDEN TAX PLAN PROPOSAL: NO. Not happening. For the politically illiterate, any increases in tax in ANY form require consent (a new law) of both houses of Congress. Many Democrats are wedded to Wall Street, so don't expect any tax increase to pass save for a minor bump on earnings. At worst we're talking a few percentage point increase.
2: Something that came across TV's Pages: No, Janet Yellen cannot change tax policy. She also has no authority to push new bills. She sincerely does not have that power, at all!
At most she can tweet or chat with Biden and complain or ask, but the same principle as #1 appplies here.
3: Pi Cycles...momentum...bear orgasms: As seen on the chart, every bull cycle in the last five years has experienced 20-50% corrections. We never experienced a major correction in Jan/Feb due to Musk's involvement, so this could be seen as overdue. Pi cycles are also a huge buzz word in the last week - remember charting is subjective and supposedly objective metrics like the Pi cycle must apply data backwards to the present. TLDR: Pi cycles and other new technical indicators must extrapolate old information onto the current situation so are inherently unreliable or can "fit" the narrative when needed.
That's all for now folks :)
Take care, invest what you can lose, and be responsible always.

Oh I want something just like this Terrible Coldplay song, but applicable.
Based off UNI's meteoric rise and extremely resistance support levels against BTC's dump leads me to believe we're going to see a $200+ UNI very soon.
The amazing thing is, a lot of the increase can be attributed to the technical fundamentals in UNI v3's launch.
Please, look it up. BNB? More like crapNB. Why use a Chinese centralised exchange with major vulnerabilities on its flagship chain when you can be on the ground floor of a decentralised Binance & its token?
Make your bets, I don't touch Binance related things. Crypto was meant to be decentralised, and so it will stay.
Love,

Bottom When?We may have just had a lower low than previous retracement
or did we...
Last retracement was a bit wonky as bulls ended it prematurely and took the momentum from bears
if we measure the secondary top/retracement and add to the bottom of the previous wave - we can see ~46k being the last wave extended bottom
So maybe we can keep this retracement on trend if we stay above 46k which means bottom is either in or in very soon to my posting this
I will be going all in at these levels personally unless fundamentals change significantly
Tips For Buying DipsFirst of all, dips happen all the time. There are always pullbacks in price and they happen for various reasons. Here’s a checklist I quickly wrote down for myself. The chart here shows Square, mostly because it has been on an epic run! Congrats to those who have enjoyed it. I was once a proud owner of this name, but sold after it seemed to get a little "frothy." Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments after reading my tips for buying dips:
1. Always know why you’re buying now and not waiting patiently. Why is this the dip to buy and not another one? Take the time to do all the research you need.
2. You should do enough research to explain why now is the time to buy to anyone. And it should be understandable. Sometimes writing it down helps. Being able to explain it in a simple format is equally important.
3. Have a plan. Know where you will exit if it comes to that. Because that does happen. The old saying plan the trade before you make the trade. It's way too tempting to just rush in and buy without any regard for the necessary plan.
4. Sometimes a dip can turn into a correction or crash. Reminding yourself of this can slow down any impulsive actions. That's really the key here. Avoid impulsive buying. I have done this many times in my career and it has rarely ever worked well.
5. Find technical indicator that works well for you. Learn to love it. Study it. Understand why and what it does. It can be a handy tool to confirm your process or look for the conditions you want. On this chart I am having some fun with the open source script Moving Regression Prediction Bands . I like scripts like this because it's using statistical method to show price anomalies.
6. I also like using the Price Range tool to measure the percentage change in the dip. And compare it over time. I've listed three corrections on this chart. The key is to get a sense of where price has come from. Others might use fundamentals and wait for certain ratios to align, for example an attractive PE ratio or something like it. It’s up to you, but having a trusty tool can be of help.
7. Timing the markets is really hard. You can also view dips as a time to lower your cost basis in your favorite positions or as a potential way to swing trade. But once again, that's probably something you want to define *before* diving in.
8. The saying “Never risk money you can’t afford to lose” is especially true in dips and volatility. Additionally, if you are looking to buy a dip, there's no reason to buy all at once. Take your time. Wait... Wait...
9. Look at your account history and study your previous trades in similar times. Learn what's worked and what has not.
10. There are no easy answers to markets, but using the right tools and following some basic risk management principles can be of help. That's the key point to this post.
Hope you found it interesting. They are a few rules I have in mind. Please feel to share your own in the comments. Or even better, publish your own idea. I will try to do this again as well. There are some other topics I look forward to adding to this post.
